Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
Yes. There is a one-time setup fee ($249 for Core, $399 for AI Operator, $599 for Autopilot). All plans require a mandatory initial term: 3 months for Core, 6 months for AI Operator, 12 months for Autopilot. There is no month-to-month option. After your initial term, your plan auto-renews for the same term length unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date.
How does the AI Operator work?
You type a question in plain language — "why did my CAC increase last week?" or "which products should I restock before my next Meta campaign?" — and the AI pulls from every connected data source simultaneously to return a synthesized answer. It does not point you to a chart. It gives you the answer with the context behind it. AI Operator includes 500 queries per month. Autopilot includes 1,000. Overage is $0.10 per query above your included amount.
How does historical data work?
Every plan includes full access to your complete historical data from the day you connect — and that history is yours for as long as you are a client. We do not gate the past behind a tier. That is a basic feature, not a premium one.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately at any point during your term. Downgrading or cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term. All your data and history stay intact regardless of plan level.
What does onboarding look like?
We connect your platforms via secure API — no developer required. Your data begins syncing immediately. For Autopilot clients, we run a dedicated onboarding session to configure your dashboard, set your goals, and activate your anomaly detection thresholds around your specific business.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in an AWS-hosted database with row-level security. Each client's data is fully isolated — no other client can access your data under any circumstances. We never sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than running your platform. Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to your selected tier. A valid credit card is required on file to start your trial but will not be charged until the trial period ends. The trial period counts toward your initial term, so you are not adding time on top of your commitment — you are starting it.
